• We offer FREE shipping on all purchases over $500 before tax.

• There is a $6.95 shipping charge for each pair of shoes ordered.

• All packages sent by USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage.

• Gift cards are shipped via USPS standard mail.

• For in-store pickup, select this option during checkout. All items must be available at the same location.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and Ground Advantage and can take 2-3 days to be processed before shipping. Expedited shipping is not available. Tracking is provided on your account order page. We are unable to cancel or modify orders.

 

We do not ship internationally, which includes: Guam, Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and Puerto Rico. We do not accept orders from freight forwarders. If you would like to place an order using a Canadian billing address and a US shipping address, please call us at 714-544-6340. We are available Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm PST.

 

Any confirmed and shipped order that is refused by the customer and returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
